By entering this web site you have released and discharged the providers/owners and creators of this site from any and all liability which might arise from using this web site.

2. All goods supplied by Hornystuff remain the property of the vendor until such time as they are paid for in full.

3. All goods sold through this site are sold as 'novelty goods'. Hornystuff can not be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.

4. This site trades in accordance with recent EU directives for online trading as follows:

All goods come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of placing your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money (P&P costs are non refundable).

5. The buyer's credit card will be debited after the goods have been fully dispatched.

6. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to www.hornystuff.co.uk within three (3) days of the delivery date.

7. Products shown on this web site may vary slightly from the images displayed.

8. Hornystuff cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.

9. We ask you to print out a copy of your order confirmation for your files

10. Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect on the date which you first use the site. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery

All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All UK orders are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail or Business Post Couriers.

All goods that are dispatched are sent by a recorded insured service. This means goods will not be left on the door step or with neighbors. This enables a fully discreet service and your customers confidentiality.

We subsidise all the UK delivery charges, so you actually pay less than what it is costing to dispatch goods.

Goods that are in stock are dispatched within 24 hours. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to dispatch the goods in about 12 days but realistically this is much quicker. If their is a manufacturing delay with any products you will be notified by email as soon as we are aware.

We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force courier

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money.

To qualify for the 14 day money back guarantee:

Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met.

1. The goods must be unused.

2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.

4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day your customer received their order.

6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.

7. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.

Please note: Postage and packaging is non refundable

To return a defective product, you must return the product within 14 days of purchase.

You should then return the goods, with all packaging, (please use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us) to us at this address. Please note that we are unable to accept liability for any items being returned to us that are lost or damaged in transit. For returns within the UK we suggest that the customer obtains a (free) Certificate of Posting from the Post Office for values up to £28 and by the appropriate Special Delivery Service for higher values.
